The Rebels are 4-0 as the bats exploded once again against a talented Montello team 12-5 at Woodside Sports Complex in Mauston. With Montello leading 2-1 going into the 3rd, the Rebel bats woke up in a big way. Cooper Albrecht and Reegan Roy each drove in one in the inning, but it would be Boone VanOoyan doubling and driving in two that would bust the game open for the Rebels. Leading 6-2 going into the top of the 4th, Cooper Albrecht and Levi Shepard would each line a two RBI double to left to extend the Rebel lead to 10-2. Walker Winkelman was brilliant again pitching as he struck out seven in five innings of work.
